Carrot mimosa - a delightful idea for the taste buds and for your eyes

As a general rule, in order to prepare a Mimosa cocktail, you need freshly squeezed orange juice. But since it is a paschal aperitif, we swap the oranges for a few carrots. And instead of betting on champagne, we opt instead for a sparkling wine.
Ingredients:
- carrot juice
- 1 bottle of fairly chilled sparkling wine
- some carrot leaves

Regarding the preparation, the right proportion is 2 parts carrot juice to 1 part sparkling wine. However, you can proceed as you see fit and therefore do equally with each ingredient. For prosecco lovers, you can bet on Italian alcohol without any problem. Thus, your drink will become sweeter, but just as good. Finally, do not forget to take good care of the decoration to make your cocktail even more delicious and original. A few carrot leaves will be quite suitable to celebrate the theme of Easter.
Easy and super refreshing strawberry beer

Generally, beer makes a great drink for the summer season! However, today it will be part of our spring cocktail recipes. And in order to succeed with this magnificent proposition, it is crucial to have a fairly light beer! And with this in mind, white beer will be quite suitable.

Top up with white beer and, depending on your own taste, put a few drops of Tabasco in it! If you have fresh strawberries in the fridge, do not hesitate and put them to work, while replacing the juice! Finally, garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime!
