Milanese architecture and interior design studio Vudafieri-Saverino Partners recently completed an absolutely fabulous new luxury studio apartment. It is part of the Rosa Alpina Hotel & Spa resort, located in the heart of the Dolomites - the Italian Pre-Alps. With its 160m², the so-called modern chalet is more of a manor than the mountain huts themselves. In fact, it is made up of a living room and a dining room, one open to the other, an equipped kitchen and three independent private suites of similar design which users can enjoy in all spaces. common.

A modern chalet in the rules of the art

The living and dining area (in the image above) is shared and has windows overlooking the surrounding mountains. Right next door, the second lounge area, made up of two comfortable armchairs, a small table and a set of reflective pendant lights, overlooks the other chalets in the immediate vicinity.

Throughout the impressive dimension suite, we see wood as a traditional material in mountain construction. Of course, it has undergone a certain evolution to obtain an interior design that is not only cozy, but also contemporary and quite sophisticated, in short - a modern chalet worthy of its name!

In addition, the user-friendly wood is perfectly balanced by the generous use of tinted glass elements and brass finish details. Much like wood, they are ubiquitous, but you can find them especially in bedrooms by taking a close look at light fixtures, headboards and accent furniture.

And like any high-end apartment, our modern chalet also has a sauna with a large bay window allowing you to contemplate the snow-capped mountains just in front. What more could you want from a mountain refuge to immerse yourself in total serenity and relaxation!
