After confirming that its employees listen to conversations between Alexa and its users in order to improve the performance of the voice assistant, Amazon confirms another information. It turns out that the private company keeps records of the saved conversations well until the user decides to delete them. So, to increase your chances of having more privacy with the Amazon voice assistant, you have to go either to the Alexa application on your smartphone, or to the privacy settings from your computer. On the latter, just click on "View voice history" and select what you want to delete. As for Android, you have to go to the side menu,in the settings then "Alexa and your personal information" before clicking on "View voice history" and delete what you want. There you are!
