Kanye West Launches "Sunday Service", His New Fashion Brand

Rapper Kanye West is set to launch a new fashion brand called "Sunday Service", in reference to the gospel concerts the star hosts on Sundays.

The 42-year-old rapper, producer, designer and still director Kanye West launched his Sunday Service a few months ago. These are small improvised outdoor concerts to resemble believers. During these gospel concerts, classic and unreleased tracks from the rapper intermingle against a backdrop of religious discourse and good humor. It is through this innovative concept that the rapper highlights his involvement in religion. In full preparation of his album Yandhi (contraction of Yeezy and Gandhi), Kanye West has just filed the name "Sunday Service" with the American authorities. The name refers to the gospel concerts that the rapper holds on Sundays and which earned him a Christ portrait on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine. Among the products that the rapper will be able to create, there would be pants,dresses, jackets, tops, shoes, hats, scarves and socks.



Kanye West and his gospel singers also participated in the Coachella Festival 2019 to give a concert and extol the divine word in song. Last April, the rapper took the opportunity to sell some items stamped "Sunday Service" at Coachella. Pieces with “Jesus Walks”, “Holy Spirit” and “Trust God” prints were sold between $ 50 and $ 225.
