Gin fizz cocktails: a great rhubarb cocktail

Ingredients:
• 4 ml of rhubarb syrup
• 20 ml of gin
• Soda
• Ice cubes
• 1 sprig of rhubarb
Pour the syrup into the glass and add the gin. Fill with soda. Finally, add the ice cubes and immerse the rhubarb stem.
Gin fizz with grapefruit and sage

Ingredients:
• 85 ml of soda
• 85 ml of Ruby Red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
• 60 ml of gin, preferably Hendrick's
• 25 ml of sage syrup
• 1 large egg white
• 3 ice cubes
• A few small sage leaves for garnish
Pour the soda into a Fizz glass. In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, gin, sage syrup and egg white. Cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Stir in ice cubes, then cover and shake for another 30 seconds. Finally, pour the preparation into the glass and decorate with the sage leaves.
Kiwi gin fizz

Ingredients:
• 1 kiwi, peeled
• 1 slice of kiwi to garnish
• 15 ml of freshly squeezed lime juice
• 20 ml of St-Germain
• 20 ml of simple syrup
• 60 ml of gin
• Perrier soda
Put the kiwi in the shaker and shake. Pour in the gin, St-Germain, lime juice and simple syrup. Incorporate the ice cubes, cover and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with soda and mix. Garnish with a slice of kiwi.
Lemon gin fizz

Ingredients:
• Ice cubes
• 60 ml dry gin
• 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Club soda
• Lime slices
• Fresh mint leaves
Put ice cubes in 2 glasses. Divide the gin and fresh lemon juice between the glasses, then fill with soda. Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.

Ingredients:
• 60 ml of gin
• 30 ml of freshly squeezed tangerine juice
• 120 ml of soda
• 2 tbsp. icing sugar
• Ice cubes
• Mandarin slices for garnish
In a shaker, combine the tangerine juice, gin and icing sugar with ice cubes. Pour into a frozen glass. Cover with soda and garnish with tangerine slices.
Mango and ginger gin fizz cocktails

Ingredients for 4 cocktails:
• 2/3 cup mango puree
• ¼ cup finely grated ginger
• ½ cup agave syrup
• 60 ml Hendrick’s gin
• ½ cup water
• Mint leaves
• The juice of a freshly squeezed lime
• Club soda
1. Put the mango puree and finely grated ginger in the bowl of a blender and puree.
2. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, pour in the agave syrup and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Reduce the heat and simmer until a light syrup is obtained, about 10 minutes.
4. Strain the syrup into a bowl and stir in the freshly squeezed lime juice. Let cool or put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
5. Pour about 1/3 of the syrup into a glass filled with ice cubes and add 60 ml of gin.
6. Finally, fill the glass with soda and garnish with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
Gin fizz cocktails - try the apricot + cucumber duo

Ingredients for 2-4 glasses:
• 2-4 ripe apricots
• ½ cup sliced cucumber
• 60-120 ml gin
• Soda
• Lime
• Ice cubes
Fill 2 or 4 glasses with ice cubes, apricot slices and cucumber. Mix well then add the gin and cover with soda. Finally, pass a lime wedge on the edge of each glass.
Strawberry gin fizz

Ingredients:
• 3 large strawberries
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 2 shots of gin
• ¼ tsp. of rose water
• 1 pinch of salt
• Soda
1. Cut the strawberries into quarters and mix them with the sugar. Let stand at room temperature, ideally for a few hours, so that the strawberries extract as much juice as possible. Then mash them with a fork and set aside.
2. Fill a shaker with ice cubes and pour in the strawberries, gin, rose water and salt. Cover and shake for a few minutes to cool the cocktail.
Sloe gin fizz recipe

Ingredients:
• 30 ml of sloe gin
• 30 ml of gin
• 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 15 ml of simple syrup
• 1 cup of ice cubes
• Soda
Combine the sloe gin, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Cover with soda.
Blueberry and lemon gin fizz

Ingredients for 4 cocktails:
• 12 blackberries / blueberries
• 20 mint leaves
• 2 lemons
• ¼ cup simple syrup
• 355 ml of gin
• Soda
• Ice cubes
1. In each glass, put 3 blackberries / blueberries, 5 mint leaves, the juice of half a lemon and 1 tbsp. simple syrup.
2. Mix the ingredients until the blackberries are mashed.
3. Fill the glasses with ice cubes. Pour about 85 ml of gin into each glass and stir.
4. Cover with soda and garnish with lemon slices, blackberries / blueberries and mint leaves.
