Video: Indoor Koi Pond In Vietnamese Habitat

Indoor pool, koi carp, plants and trees… these are just a few of the highlights of the Vietnamese house that the editorial staff has found for you. Located in Da-Nang, the 100 m² house, called "Q house", is the result of the work of Q Concept architects.. Their basic idea was to create a modern house perfectly adapted to the weather conditions of Middle Vietnam. The large garden on the street side, which you can see as soon as you find yourself in front of the house, represents a real luxury in a city so populated. It serves as a natural threshold inviting natural light into it. As for the interior, the greenery and the fish pond create natural spaces conducive to fading, while the use of local materials mingle to meet the expectations and requirements of the newly married owners.

It is known that the majority of Vietnamese homes are limited in size and therefore lack light and ventilation. And these are the problems that Q concept specialists wanted to solve. The driveway and path in front of the house have been transformed into a natural threshold and a small parking area, all sheltered by a wooden pergola with hanging plants. Next to the car park, we discover a small pretty swing, making the whole even more welcoming.

Going inside, you enter a small L-shaped kitchen, overlooking the garden and the parking lot. Thanks to its pristine white color, it certainly looks more spacious and open. In the kitchen, we also discover a pretty minimalist and space-saving dining room. The next three steps lead us to one of the zen corners of the house - a living room with a raw wood tea table and a few floor cushions. Once again, the designers of this magical place aimed to come up with an interior whose design would perfectly meet the needs of the inhabitants.

The indoor plants surrounding the living room and not that are play a crucial role in the creation of this abode. Together with the indoor fish pond, they form spaces and corners that breathe nature and relaxation, despite the limited surface area of the Q house.
Fish pond or a small unique ecosystem

Whether indoors or in the garden, the pond is always THE focal point to perk up any space. The plants, the koi and the modern design of the pond, taken together, form a unique ecosystem that you can consider as inspiration to realize your own idyllic space of your own. The most obvious asset is, of course, the visual appeal that such an idea brings with you.

On the other hand, integrating the fish, feeding them, taking care of them and observing them in their habitat gives the inhabitants many hours of relaxation and serenity. Don't miss the environmental benefits and the fact that cool fish can be perceived as cute pets.

The space below the stairs is perfect for accommodating the koi pond, especially when it is a staircase in an open or semi-open interior. In this specific case, the exterior light floods both the pool and the wooden and metal staircase.
