Start by preheating your oven to 180 ° C. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and a pinch of salt. Mix and put the flour, previously mixed with the yeast. Whisk well and pour in the melted butter. Divide the dough obtained in your boxes and put them in the oven for 10-15 min. Watch from time to time. Take them out of the oven and let them cool on a rack. Meanwhile, whip the cream cheese with a mixer, adding the food coloring. Then whip the whipped cream and pour it into the bowl with the beaten cheese. Finally, transfer everything to a piping bag and decorate the cooled cupcakes.

Ingredients for 4 small baskets:
