To do this, he concocts several different icings (butter, chocolate and coconut, mascarpone) in order to obtain peach, apricot, coral and melon colors.

After preparing and decorating the cupcakes, place them in the tray, lined with polystyrene and fake green foam beforehand, using toothpicks. Once the edible flowers are fixed, add the fake leaves and voila! Besides, you can replace the wooden top with a porcelain vase. A pretty DIY greeting card will also find its place near the edible bouquet.

For the icing, whisk the egg whites, salt and sugar in a double boiler until the preparation reaches 60 ° C. Remove from the heat, continue beating on medium speed for 5 min or until the meringue cools and forms peaks. Whipping at medium speed, add the butter little by little. Once the cupcakes are coated with icing, cross the center of each box with a toothpick before inserting it into the polystyrene ball, previously lined with felt sheets.
