- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 4 slices of bacon
- 3 eggs
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers
- 230 gr cream cheese
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
The steps to follow:
1. Wash, dry and remove the seeds from the peppers.
2. Cut one of them into cubes, the others into slices.
3. Cook the bacon in a skillet.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.

Ingredients needed for the dough (2 keto waffles):
- 1 egg
- 55 g grated mozzarella
- 1 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon of sweetener
- 2 teaspoons of cream
- 1 teaspoon of cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
Ingredients for the filling:
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
While the waffle iron is heating, combine all of the batter ingredients in a bowl. Then pour half into the waffle iron and bake for 3-5 minutes. Do the same with the remaining dough. Let your keto waffles cool and prepare the filling. To do this, mix the appropriate ingredients and then add the preparation to the chaffles. If desired, stir in nuts or low-carb syrup.
Cinnamon scented chaffles
Ingredients for 2 chaffles:
- 1 egg
- 115 g grated mozzarella

Instructions:
Mix the egg with the vanilla extract. Then combine the dry ingredients in another bowl and add them to the egg-vanilla mixture. Finally, stir in the cheese, spray the waffle iron and pour in half the batter. Bake the waffle for about 5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Do the same with the other half of the dough and serve your chaffles with a little butter and low-carb syrup.
Mini Pizza Keto Waffles
Ingredients for 2 waffles:
- 1 egg
- 55 g grated mozzarella
- 1 pinch of Italian spice blend
- 1 tablespoon no sugar added pizza sauce
- Grated cheese and salami
While the waffle iron is heating, whisk the egg and then add the spice blend and grated cheese. Then pour half of the batter into the waffle and bake for about 4-5 minutes. Repeat with the other half of the dough. Let the chaffles cool.
