Cloud bread, as it is light, represents a kind of soft cake without flour, therefore gluten-free. It also does not contain carbohydrates and is very low in calories. The cloud bread everyone is talking about

Are you on a keto diet and need to limit your carb intake? Or do you simply avoid gluten for digestive reasons? Gluten-free and carbohydrate-free, cloud bread is the alternative you've been dreaming of! It is also called in English “oopsie bread”, an oopsie meaning that we forgot something (the flour!). Cloud bread is made from eggs, cheese spread and yeast. The patties are light and chewy, very low in calories and super easy to make.
How to consume cloud bread?

Sweet or savory, cloud bread adapts to all tastes. It can be concocted with herbs (thyme, rosemary etc.) or spices (chilli, cumin, ras el-hanout). For a sweet version, you can experiment with agave or maple syrup, vanilla, cocoa or even grated coconut. The pancakes are excellent in bread, sandwich or even pizza dough. You can serve them in the morning spread with your favorite vegan spread, put some in your lunch box, with a garnish of crunchy vegetables, tomato slices and ham, gluten-free and low-carb sandwich style or as an accompaniment to a meal.
