Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.

• 6 tsp. cold butter, cut into small pieces

• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ¼ cup low-carb sweetener
For garnish:
• 170 g of mascarpone (or cream cheese)
• ¼ cup of sour cream
• ½ tsp. vanilla
• ¼ cup low-carb powdered sweetener
• 8 thinly sliced strawberries
• ¼ cup raspberries
• ¼ cup blueberries
• ¼ cup blackberries
