• 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
• 1 tsp. tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1-2 tbsp. tablespoon erythritol or xylitol
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1/8 tsp. konjac powder
(or ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum / or 1 tablespoon chia seeds)
• Whipped cream
• Keto marshmallows, optional
Preparation:
When you thicken with konjac powder or xanthan gum:
1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the milk, cocoa powder, sweetener and salt
2. Bring to a gentle boil. Check the sweetness and adjust to your liking.
3. Make a porridge with a little bit of konjac powder or xanthan gum and 1 or 2 tbsp. tablespoon of water. Make sure everything is completely dissolved to avoid lumps. Stir the porridge into the hot chocolate and cook until thickened.

When thickening hot chocolate with chia seeds:
1. Place ingredients in the bowl of a blender and blend until smooth. It will likely take a few cycles to completely crush all the chia seeds.

• 400 ml of coconut milk

Instructions:
1. Put the almond milk, liquid cream, erythritol and cinnamon in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat (the milk will begin to froth). At this point, remove the pan from the heat.
3. Add unsweetened chocolate and almond butter, whisking constantly until melted.
4. Use a hand blender to make the preparation creamy and frothy.
5. Serve immediately and garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
