Ingredients:
• Choice of cheese varieties
• Green and red grapes
• Crackers
• Fresh rosemary
Directions:
1. On a serving platter or slice to cut, arrange the cheese cubes, the grapes and the crackers in the shape of a Christmas tree.
2. Randomly add sprigs of fresh rosemary to hint at pine needles. Serve the Christmas appetizer with toothpicks.

6. To decorate the edible tree, cut out a star of cheese as a crest. A few slices of toast will work perfectly as a tree base.

• 85 g of cheddar

• 30 g of Parmesan
• 2 cups of red grapes
• 4 cups of green grapes
• 1 cup of blackberries
• Sprigs of fresh rosemary
• Sprigs of fresh parsley
Instructions:
- On a serving board, arrange a row of cheddar cubes. Going up, alternate layers of green grapes, Colby-Jack, red grapes, Gouda, green grapes, Parmesan and finally blackberries.
