Ingredients:
- 250 g of dark or milk chocolate
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 vanilla pod / 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1-2 tsp. powdered sugar
- 1-2 tsp. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Start by melting the chocolate in a double boiler. Then gradually add the milk while whisking. Add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, cocoa and the split and scraped vanilla bean. Finally, filter and serve with your gourmet board!
Hot chocolate without milk

Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 500 ml of water
- 50 g sugar
- 1 C. level of cocoa powder (unsweetened powder)
Preparation:
Start by grating the dark chocolate. Put the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Then add the cocoa, whisking vigorously. Pour the preparation over the grated chocolate and let stand for 1 minute. At the end of this time, stir with a whisk so that the chocolate is completely melted. To properly emulsify your hot chocolate, mix it with a hand blender. Serve and enjoy with the treats that make up your Hot Chocolate Board.
Keto hot chocolate

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or cashew milk
- ¼ cup liquid cream or coconut cream
- 50 g granulated erythritol
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 57g unsweetened dark chocolate or raw cocoa mass
- 1 C. almond butter
Preparation:
Put the almond milk, liquid cream, erythritol and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat (the milk will begin to foam). At this point, remove the pan from the heat. Add the unsweetened chocolate and almond butter, whisking constantly until they melt. Use a hand blender to make the preparation creamy and frothy. Serve immediately!
