Do you want to have a balanced meal instead of the sandwiches you usually eat at the office? Strengthen your energy? Enjoy excellent taste? If so, our express jar sushi recipes come to your rescue at the right time! After the sushi burger, the pressed sushi Oshizushi and the sweet sushi, the sushi jar is the latest trend that fans of Asian cuisine are crazy about. We explain how to prepare this delicacy.
Sushi in a jar - a balanced meal that's quick and easy to prepare

Sushi in mason jar? What is it exactly ? Looking at the finished product through glass is indeed like looking through a kaleidoscope. Its various sizes and shapes - slices, dice, matches and strips - are certainly visually appealing. High in protein and fiber, and packed with vitamins from nutritious vegetables, sushi jars are a superb example of a deconstructed dish.
Plus, they offer a balanced, healthy, portion-controlled meal. Unscrew the lid of the jar, inhale the first puff of the aromatic content. Does it whet your appetite? Pour the contents into a bowl and mix with the dressing which is the bottom layer. Savor the delectable sensations, one bite at a time. Simple, delicious, and inexpensive, this type of lunch will keep your stomach satisfied throughout the afternoon. And, you have to admit, it's really different from a peanut butter sandwich.
Why store in mason jars?
Indeed, mason jars are the ideal transportable containers for lunch at work. First of all, they're super skinny, so they fit nicely in your lunch bag and in the fridge. The shorter ones are also stackable!
Second, jars of this type are good for layering your sauces so that the important ingredients don't all get soggy. Add your sauces first, then add your protein, vegetables, carbs, toppings, etc. There you go, breakfasts for the whole week are ready in the blink of an eye!
